Intro to Tantra four week online course

Something in you is asking for more.

More aliveness in your body.

More honesty in your relationships.

More pleasure that actually reaches you.

Finding who you are under the person you learned to be.

Most people go looking for those things separately.

A course for the relationship. A practice for the body.

A retreat for the spiritual part. Years of work, one piece at a time,

and the same patterns still running underneath.

Tantra works differently. Over four weeks we show you how.

Everything is connected to everything

You come in wanting more in the bedroom and you find the place where you learned to shut down.

You come in wanting to stop repeating the same fight and you find the fear living in your chest.

You come in wanting to feel awake and you find that aliveness was waiting in your body the whole time.

This is what tantra understood a thousand years before anyone called it personal development. You are not a collection of separate problems. Touch one layer with real attention and the others start to move on their own.

That's why this work goes faster than what you've tried before.

And it's why so many people spin for years without it, working hard on the wrong layer.

Ben Raya and Larinda, tantra teachers at Authentic Essence

"I arrived with a scared little soul, not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself.

For the first time in a long time, I felt heard, seen, accepted, and completely safe. That feeling is something I will carry with me.

A huge thank you to Larinda and Ben for creating such a beautiful, supportive space and for the incredible work you do to help people heal and reconnect with themselves." - Anon

Two paths. Three tools. Four pillars. Five layers.

That's the whole map, and by the end of four weeks it will be yours.

Two paths, because there is more than one version of this work in the world and they want different things from you.

Three tools, because breath, sound and movement will take you further than any book ever will.

Four pillars, because these are the areas of your life this work touches, and each one has a trap sitting inside it.

Five layers, because you are not one thing, and knowing which layer is holding you is the difference between two weeks of change and two years of effort.

What you'll walk away with

Clarity on where you're actually stuck, which is almost never where you think it is.

A way to tell which practices will help you and which ones will waste your next two years.

Tools you can use on a Tuesday morning alone in your kitchen, not just in a room full of people.

The traps. Every path has them, and the people who get lost are the ones who never got told what to watch for.

A real sense of your own desire, your own needs, and your own boundaries, so you stop making decisions from a version of you that stopped existing years ago.

What we explore

Week one.
The two paths.

The real history of this work, the modern versions, and how to tell them apart. What gets passed teacher to student and what got invented for a workshop. You'll leave able to look at any practice you've encountered and know what you're looking at, including the ones you've already paid for.

Week two.
The three tools.

Breath, sound and movement, and what each one actually does to you.

Breath changes your state faster than anything else you have access to. It reaches the part of your nervous system that decides whether you are safe, and it does it in minutes, without your permission or your understanding.

You'll practice all three, live, with us.

Week three.
The five layers.

There are layers to you, and stuckness lives on one of them. Most of us spend years working on the wrong one. This week you find yours, and you get honest about what a spiritual awakening is and what it isn't.

Week four.
The four pillars.

The four areas this work touches and the specific trap sitting inside each one. Desire, need, and boundary as three separate things most of us have tangled together. How to move from what's alive in you now instead of what fear taught you a long time ago.

ABOUT  US

Man with a hat

BEN RAYA

Ben spent the first half of his adult life in his head — successful by most measures, but disconnected from his body, his emotions, and the people closest to him.

That changed when his second daughter was born. Her arrival cracked something open in him, and he spent the next seven years doing the deep work he'd been avoiding — studying the mechanics of human connection, learning what actually creates presence, and understanding the dynamics that either draw people together or slowly pull them apart.

He now teaches these principles alongside his work as a men's coach and embodiment practitioner. His background spans classical study, somatic practice, dance, and music — all of which inform how he teaches the rhythm and dynamic of human relationships.

Woman in red

LARINDA MICHELLE

Larinda spent 20 years producing events — from music festivals to large-scale community experiences. In that work, she developed a rare skill: the ability to hold space for large groups of people and build genuine connection in rooms full of strangers.

When she began her own journey of healing and self-understanding, she trained formally in relational dynamics, somatics, and trauma-informed facilitation. She's been working closely with clients for the past three years, helping people understand their patterns in relationship and rebuild connection from the inside out.

Together, Ben and Larinda bring an unusually practical and grounded approach to material that often gets taught in abstract or overly esoteric ways.
